Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates
i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
ii) pass in 10+2 examination (science academic stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. OR Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the above examination Note: Other than Maharashtra State Candidates shall be eligible for Institution quota only.

iii) The candidate should be a citizen of India;
iv) The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects individually: “Provided that, the students possessing 10+2 qualification from non-formal and non-class rooms based schooling such as National Institute of Open Schooling, open school systems of States etc. shall not be eligible for admission to B. Pharm Course”; or
v) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations; and
vi) The candidate should have appeared in all the subjects and should obtain non zero score in MHT-CET 2024 conducted by the Competent Authority.
All India Candidature Candidate
i) The candidate should be a citizen of India;
ii) The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects individually: “Provided that, the students possessing 10+2 qualification from non-formal and non-class rooms based schooling such as National Institute of Open Schooling, open school systems of States etc. shall not be eligible for admission to B. Pharm Course”; or
iii) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations; and
iv) The candidate should obtain non zero positive score in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) or the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in MHT-CET 2024 and should obtain non zero score in MHT-CET 2024 conducted by the Competent Authority; Provided that, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non zero positive score in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) over the candidates who obtained non zero score in MHT-CET 2024.

i) The candidate should be a citizen of India;
ii) The candidate should have passed in D. Pharm. Course from an Institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (8 of 1948); and
iii) Any other eligibility criteria and requirement declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
